Uploaded files are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of report generation. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

By creating an account or using Filara's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Filara on behalf of a firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that firm to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Filara provides an AI-powered document processing service that converts raw financial data into structured reports. The service is designed for CA firms and financial professionals in India.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload documents you have lawful authority to process
• You must not use Filara for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software
• You must not upload documents containing malicious code

4. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Filara a limited, temporary license to process the document solely for the purpose of generating your report. This license expires when processing is complete.

5. Accuracy of Reports

Filara generates reports based on the data you provide. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before sharing with clients. Filara is a tool to assist professional work, not a substitute for professional judgment.

6. Early Access Terms

During the early access period, Filara is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to transition to a paid model with reasonable notice. Early access users will receive preferential pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Filara is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
